- Partner, counsel or equivalent senior private-practice lawyer
- Normally at least 12 years of post-qualification legal experience
- Personally led or played a decisive role in at least three eligible transactional Matters
- Two client or independent professional references
Full requirements
- Partner, counsel or equivalent senior private-practice lawyer.
- Normally at least 12 years of post-qualification legal experience by the end of the Eligibility Period, unless the Awards Oversight Committee approves an exception based on documented circumstances.
- Personally led or played a decisive role in at least three eligible transactional Matters.
- The Nominee must consent before public Shortlist announcement.
- The entry must distinguish personal contribution from the firm's work.
- Six representative Matters and a personal-role explanation.
- Two client or independent professional references.
- Leadership, mentoring and professional-contribution evidence.
- Professional-standing declaration.
