Eligibility snapshot

  • Law Firms, Legal Departments, courts, public institutions, professional bodies, academic institutions and collaborative legal-sector programmes may submit
  • The Initiative must have operated for at least six months
  • Baseline problem, objectives, responsible leadership and measurable outcomes identified
  • Sensitive workforce or participant data collected lawfully, proportionately and anonymised appropriately

Full requirements

  • Law Firms, Legal Departments, courts, public institutions, professional bodies, academic institutions and collaborative legal-sector programmes.
  • The Initiative must have operated for at least six months by the end of the Eligibility Period, unless the Awards Oversight Committee approves an exception based on documented circumstances.
  • The entrant must identify a baseline problem, objectives, responsible leadership and measurable outcomes.
  • Policies, public statements, demographic claims or one-off events without implementation evidence are ineligible.
  • Sensitive workforce or participant data must be lawfully collected, proportionate and appropriately anonymised.
  • Baseline and outcome data.
  • Implementation plan and governance.
  • Participant or employee evidence.
  • Leadership accountability and sustainability plan.
  • Privacy-respecting workforce metrics where relevant.
