- At least four completed years in the qualifying role

Full requirements
- Managing Partner, chair, chief executive partner or equivalent leader with firm wide or substantial regional responsibility.
- At least four completed years in the qualifying role by the end of the Eligibility Period, unless the Awards Oversight Committee approves an exception based on documented circumstances.
- Formal authority for institutional strategy or governance.
- Evidence of measurable institutional outcomes during the Eligibility Period.
- Strategic initiatives and before and after outcomes.
- Partner or senior management reference.
