- Partner, counsel or equivalent senior private practice disputes lawyer.
- Normally at least 12 years of post qualification legal experience, unless the Awards Oversight Committee approves an exception based on documented circumstances.
- Lead or decisive strategic role in at least three eligible Disputes.
- Nominee consent before public Shortlist announcement.
- Confidential Matters must remain verifiable.
- Two client or independent references and evidence of outcome, milestone or strategy are required.
