Full requirements
- At least five years of operation by the end of the Eligibility Period, unless the Awards Oversight Committee approves an exception based on documented circumstances.
- A clear specialist market identity and concentration of work in one or two connected practice areas.
- Substantial partner-led delivery and an identifiable permanent team.
- At least six representative specialist Matters.
- Headcount is relevant context but is not the sole or controlling test.
- Six specialist Matters and outcomes.
- Two client or co-counsel referees.
- Evidence of specialist concentration, team depth and differentiation.
- Evidence of competing successfully against larger firms.
- Note: The firm may not also enter a country or regional overall firm award.
