Full requirements

  • At least five years of operation by the end of the Eligibility Period, unless the Awards Oversight Committee approves an exception based on documented circumstances.
  • A clear specialist market identity and concentration of work in one or two connected practice areas.
  • Substantial partner-led delivery and an identifiable permanent team.
  • At least six representative specialist Matters.
  • Headcount is relevant context but is not the sole or controlling test.
  • Six specialist Matters and outcomes.
  • Two client or co-counsel referees.
  • Evidence of specialist concentration, team depth and differentiation.
  • Evidence of competing successfully against larger firms.
  • Note: The firm may not also enter a country or regional overall firm award.
